- Processed Results: The restored photos and generated videos are made available to you for download.
- Zero-Retention Policy: We do not store your photos permanently. All uploaded images and generated videos are automatically deleted from the processing servers within 24-48 hours.
1.2 Account Information (For Credit Purchases Only)
- No Account Needed: You can use Pastella's free features without creating an account.
- Apple ID: If you purchase credits, we link your credit balance to your Apple ID identifier to ensure you don't lose your purchases. We do not have access to your real name, address, or credit card details (transactions are handled entirely by Apple).
1.3 Device and Usage Information
- Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage statistics (e.g., "Feature A was used 50 times") to help us improve app performance.
- Crash Logs: If the app crashes, we may receive an anonymous report to help us fix the bug.
